  • Bananas are also high in Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and Vitamin B2. Potassium contributes to healthy blood pressure as well as healthy heart functions.
  • Bananas are also known as one of nature's own antacids.
  • Bananas may cause constipation when eaten in large quantities.

Papaya: Papayas are not only sweet, versatile and tasty, they are also a very nutritious fruit. They contain high amounts of Vitamin C , Vitamin A and even Vitamin E. They contain fiber and folic acid.


  • Sweet potatoes are high in Vitamin A and beta carotene as well as potassium.
  • Sweet potatoes also contain a good amount of Vitamin E, calcium and folate.
  • Baked sweet potatoes, brings out their natural sweetness and good flavor while retaining the most nutrients.
  • One can peel sweet potatoes in small pieces, after that just steam or boil.

Peas: One cup of peas contains more protein that a tablespoon of peanut butter and also provides Calcium, Vitamin A and C and Iron too.
