Clove

Cloves are small, nail-shaped dried flower buds that come from the evergreen clove tree as shown in picture above.

Cloves are sweet in taste and used in dishes mainly.

Other uses of Clove are


Toothache

  • Clove has anti-inflammatory and analgesic components in it.
  • It helps in getting rid of the swelling around an infected tooth as well as fight the infection in the affected area.
  • Place one crushed leaf affected tooth and leave it there for a few minutes.


Digestion

  • Clove has a property to prevent gas formation.
  • Clove helps in reducing inflammation it kills bacteria in the stomach to help keep stomach infections away. So just add Cloves in your dishes.


Headache

  • If suffering from headache just put a few drops of clove oil on a handkerchief or tissue just place it on your forehead and leave it on for about 10-15 mins. Clove oil will help opening the blood vessels and reduce the pain.
  • Keep massaging forehead every second day by mixing clove oil with olive oil for best results.

Joint Pain

  • Clove has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties that's why it helps in relieving from joint pain.
  • Mix clove oil with olive oil and apply on painful joints, try massaging in circular way several times in a day.


Bad Breath

  • Cloves kills bacteria which creates bad breath.
  • One should chew 1 or 2 cloves daily to prevent bad breath.
  • If having severe problem then try do gargle by mixing clove in hot water two or three times a day.
