Feet as we know have to bear the weight of your body every step we walk in a day or stand on them for long periods of time. Your feet could tell you a lot about your health.

Cleaning and massaging foot commonly know as pedicure is necessary for both sexes as a part of hygiene and one should also to avoid sweating.

  • Wash your feet with antibacterial soap.
  • Make sure to clean between your toes by cotton swab or towel after bath everyday.
  • Dry your feet, and apply foot powder, or anti-fungal powder to make them smooth with aroma.
  • Change socks frequently throughout the day.

Feet Odour basically caused by the sweating of you feet specially when you wear shoes.

Follow these steps to avoid odour

  • Wash your feet daily in warm water with mild soap. Dry them properly by towel or soft cloth
  • Change your socks at least once a day.
  • Wear shoes that let your feet breathe properly specially in summer.
  • Avoid wearing the same shoes 2 days in a row as our shoes also breathe.
