Skin is the soft outer covering of Humans. The skin interfaces with the environment and is the first line of defense from external factors like insulation, temperature regulation, sensation, and the production of vitamin D foliates.

The thickness of skin also varies at all parts on you body like the skin located under the eyes and around the eyelids is the thinnest skin in the body at 0.5 mm thick or The skin on the palms and the soles of the feet is 4 mm thick and the thickest skin in the body.

Common problems of Skin with remedies are:-

Skin Rashes

  • Skin rashes can be noticed by red and itchy skin.
  • Skin rashes are most of the time makes small bumps or changes in the skin’s color, appearance or texture.
  • Skin rashes may occur on any part of the body or be widely distributed on large portions of skin.
There are few home remedies which you can try at home and if rashes are spreading just rush to a Doctor instead of waiting.

Aloe Vera

  • Aloe vera has anti-inflammatory, emollient, antibacterial and antifungal properties in it.
  • Aloe vera gel when applied will have excellent for treating a number of skin ailments including rashes.
  • Aloe vera not only helps in healing but it also soothes the skin, relieves itching and reduces redness.
  • Simply apply the gel on the affected area and rinse it off after 20 minutes.
  • Do this at least three times a day until the u see rashes diminishing.

Neem

  • Neem has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-irritant, antiviral, antifungal and antibacterial properties and applying it can help in treating a number of skin ailments including eczema, scabies, rashes, acne, psoriasis and various infections.
  • Neem also contains antioxidants that defend the skin against aging and rejuvenate skin cells.
  • Add few neem leaves in water and heat on sim gas for 15 mins.
  • Strain the mixture and allow it to cool.
  • Apply the solution or can also apply neem oil on the affected area and leave it for 10 mins.
  • Keep doing same remedy 2 times in a day for few days.

Olive Oil

  • Olive oil has great properties of skin moisturizer.
  • Olive oil is rich in vitamin E and antioxidants that helps in soothing your skin and reduce itching.
  • Just rub Olive oil alone or you can even mix it with honey on the affected area or rashes few times daily until it heals completely.
  • Olive Oil can also be mixed with little turmeric powder and apply it two or three times a day for a few days because turmeric has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties which soothes rashes and relieves itching.
